Our concentration has been largely in the residential market and within this sector, we have worked mainly in the mid-to-top end of the market. Our areas of operation have been confined to the up-market suburbs of Nairobi, running generally West and North of the city. From Upper Hill, an old residential but fast commercializing area then westwards to Hurlingham, Kilimani and Lavington and northwards to Westlands, Spring Valley, Kitisuru, Muthaiga, Gigiri and Runda.
Outside Nairobi, we are fairly active at the Coast where we have concentrated on residential developments on the Coast between Mombasa, the gateway to Kenya and Malindi a world famous tourist destination.We also concerntrate on the Nyanza , Western, The Rift Valley region as well as Eastern regions We have also transacted some business in the Seychelles, Uganda, Tanzania, Dubai, South Africa and Southern Sudan.
Our client base hence comprises the mid to high income bracket encompassing the local, regional and expatriate market.
